How to Register Your Puppy

Registering your puppy is quick and easy. This certifies your puppy as a PKC registered canine and protects your rights and privileges as a PKC Member.
How To Register Your Puppy Online:
- Click on “Online Registrations” and navigate to New Owner Form or click the link below
- Use the information provided on the Pre-Printed Puppy Application you received from our affiliated partner to complete the form
- Make sure the information is accurate and correct because that is what will appear on your certificate
- Finish by clicking on the “SUBMIT” button
- After receiving your information you will receive your puppy’s registration certificate and birth certificate by e-mail.
*Please note, Once the submitted information is verified, your certificate will be sent to you by email. Applications may take up to 5-7 business days.
