The puppy you have just purchased has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and has received up to date vaccines and anthelmintics, all additional required vaccines and anthelmintics are the Buyer’s responsibility after purchase. We make every effort to provide a happy healthy puppy at the time of sale. We also recommend that you use a veterinarian that specializes in treating puppies.

Our puppies are sold as pet quality for companion purposes only and are not warranted for the purpose of showing, breedingor to meet all breed standards or DNA testing (DNA testing was not designed to determine if a dog is a purebred. The test was designed to identify breeds found in the genetic composition of mixed breed dogs).

There will be no puppy refunds because of: Change of mind, allergies, landlord disputes, animal’s size, temperament, training/ behavioral problems or compatibility with the owner, owner’s family, or other pets. Puppies cannot be returned to us for refunds, all sales are final.

The Purchaser will have 3 business days after purchasing the puppy (excluding Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays) to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian, at the Buyers expense from the date of purchase, all veterinarian bills are the responsibility of the purchaser and will NOT be reimbursed by the Seller. If the puppy becomes ill in the first 5 days of purchase date, Buyer must contact Seller for treatment options. If treatment is required, the puppy must be treated by the Seller’s authorized veterinarian. There will be No Reimbursement to Buyer for treatment at any other veterinary clinic, No Exceptions.

If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital disorder within 72 hours of purchasing, such as a heart murmur higher than grade 2, Blindness, of deafness Buyer will be entitles to a replacement only, no refunds. Puppy(s) purchased through a Financing Company are eligible for a replacement puppy(s) equal to the sales price paid to the Seller. The Purchaser must notify the Seller within 48 hours of diagnosis and allow the Seller to have the option to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian of Sellers choice. In the event a replacement is needed, the Buyer must return the puppy and all paperwork including health records and registration documents previously received.

Replacements do not apply to puppies that may have worms, parasites, soft stools, or coughing which are conditions that are easily treatable.
